Purple folder

Hey, remember that cross & paper I got the other day, and the vague threat of being watched? I guess that guy kept his promise:

I found this at my doorstep today. It's hard to tell from this picture, but it's got a translucent purple covering as well.  I recorded myself the first time I opened it up as well:

This was the folder the man downtown was carrying. I didn't see him reach in it to tear the paper out. Was this some kind of contingency plan if he failed to get people into his cult/religion/whatever?
Probably shouldn't let this bother me, just some guy messing with me for not joining his cult religion thing. Meh.
